The following group training plans are only available at Thunder Fitness Livermore. These plans are not available at other Thunder Fitness locations and have fixed schedules that are subject to change, with advance notice.
Strength Training Plan
$200/month
Available at Thunder Fitness Livermore ONLY
What’s Included:
Engaging group training for adults with an emphasis on strength training and cardio.
Work with a certified trainer to meet your fitness goals.
Sessions available on Mondays, Wednesdays, & Fridays
One -hour time slots available between 5:00am-9:00am or 4:30pm-7:30pm
Limit of 3 sessions per week/ 1 session per calendar day.
Youth Plan
$250/month
Available at Thunder Fitness Livermore ONLY
Youth Strength Training and Conditioning
open to youth athletes ages 8-14
2 Group Training Sessions per Week (fixed schedule)
ideal for youth athletes who are looking to improve stamina, strength, and agility.
emphasis on athletic movement patterns and skills
Boxing + Membership
$250/month

2 Group Training Sessions per Week (fixed schedule)
ideal for individuals who are looking to gain boxing skills while enhancing their fitness with a dynamic workout
emphasis on boxing fundamentals and self-defense
Tuesdays and Thursdays 4:30-5:30pm & 5:30-6:30pm
