Thunder Fitness is happy to offer virtual training programs that are designed to support you through your fitness journey, without the hassle of scheduling appointments or working around a busy lifestyle. Our virtual training programs utilize an app-based platform to connect you with a skilled NASM-certified Personal Trainer and Nutrition Coach. Not only will your trainer curate engaging workouts that are designed around your specific health, wellness, and fitness goals, but you will also have access to a multitude of features that will promote accountability, motivation, and fitness education.

In-app guidance includes: video demonstrations to ensure correct form, detailed explanations of exercises, chat features to connect you with your trainer, measurement tracking, and access to a full library of exercises for the duration of your program.

With virtual training, your workout is in your hand—ready when you are—any time, any place.

Virtual Training is best suited for individuals who are comfortable working out independently and who are healthy enough to engage in a fitness program. Please note that virtual training is self-guided and you will not be meeting with a trainer in-person or via video call. For best results, we encourage virtual training participants to complete workouts in a gym setting.
